Externship Employer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in The Modern's Externship program. The next opportunity to work with one of our graduating associate degree students begins January 2, 2020 and concludes January 30, 2020. Students are required to work at least 35 hours per week during this four-week period.

The Modern understands that some employers would like their student's externship to extend beyond the required month-long commitment. If you would like to participate, but require a longer commitment from the student, please indicate that below, and Career Services will be in touch with you to get further details and make the appropriate arrangements.
